You can get to Green River by Amtrak, Greyhound, car, plane, or a combination of many. Here are the easiest ways:

Train Services

Amtrak
Green River is a stop on the historic California Zephyr route. Call 1-800-USA-RAIL to assure the train is running!!!
From the Grand Junction Station take train #5 which departs at 4:10 pm and arrives at 5:58 pm.
From the Salt Lake City Station take train #6 which departs at 4:10 am and arrives at 8:39 am.

Greyhound (there is a station at the West Winds Truck Stop in Green River)
